Andrea Navedo
Andrea Navedo was born in the US and she has written several books. She began by appearing in the daytime soaps such as One Life to Live or Guiding Light, and later was a supporting actress on primetime TV. From 1995 to 1997 she played Linda Soto in ABC's soap show One Life to Live. In 1999, she joined the CBS Drama Guiding Light. Her first film appearance was as a character in Girl 6 in 1996. The actress then appeared as a character in New York Undercover, and The District. Navedo appeared on Double Take, an action-comedy film released in 2001. The drama Washington Heights was released the year after. Navedo was the character Detective Ana Cordova in the NBC show Law & Order from 2001 to 2004. Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages came out, as did Blue Bloods. Navedo was also in a variety of other movies like El Cantante or Remember Me. Navedo was also a recurring characters on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (2011-2013) as well as How to Make It in America Golden Boy. Superfast!, a comedy movie in which she starred.
